Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PrecisionCraft Enterprise Deck Builder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional deck building, installation, repair, and related services in Enterprise, NV and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, proper scheduling, and payment terms outlined in your individual service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Each project requires a written estimate and contract before work begins.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final costs may vary if we discover additional work needed during the project. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding with extra work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Material costs and labor rates may change after this period.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Nevada law. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid services.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty as specified in your service contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers. We will work with you to address any issues that arise during the warranty period.

Normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, or lack of maintenance are not covered under our warranty.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring pets and children are kept safe during construction. You must also obtain any required homeowner association approvals before we begin work.

You agree to inspect the completed work and notify us of any concerns within 7 days of project completion.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary building permits when required. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring we have permission to work on your property. Any fines or issues related to incorrect information you provide are your responsibility.

Liability and Insurance

We carry liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for your protection. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or underground utilities not properly marked.

You agree to call 811 before we begin any digging to have underground utilities marked. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service contract before work begins according to the terms in your agreement. Once work has started, cancellation may result in charges for materials purchased and work completed.

Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If needed, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as specified in your service contract.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
